New Icebox and trouble setting up

Hi I have bought an icebox having come from a Fetchtv that has failed. I have connected everything up and when I started the new PVR it shows the icetv flash screen on the TV but after that the TV reports nothing coming from the box. I have restarted it a couple of times by unplugging, waiting and replugging in, and by holding the button down on the front of the box for a few seconds, and I get the same result of the icetv logo coming up on the screen but then nothing after that. I have sent an email to support but am wondering whether anyone here has some suggestions I can try?

Hi just letting everyone know I'm up and working thanks to the good service of Icetv. Not sure whether it was the AVR or the HDMI cable yet, but I have it working.
