Horizontal line while using IceBox

Hi,
Over the last couple of days, a horizontal line has appeared in the middle of the TV screen. It only appears while running the IceBox, as I have tried looking for it on my other streaming services, but nothing. The line is not always visible, but it is there, and is more noticeable during a scene change. I'm not sure how to describe it in any more detail.

My 1TB HD is nearly full, so could this be a sign that the HD is on the way out?
