Hi, unfortunately everyone did on that renewal run.

We don't know what happened except to guess it was a hiccup between our database and our payment gateway.  If you go to your account details you'll see your expiry is now February 17th so although charged twice you have receieved two montly subscriptions.  Is it OK with you if we leave it as it is to save us having to manually refund the amount and re-adjust your expiry date back to a single subscription period?

"Good" to know that I was not the only one. In my case I am happy to take the least effort alternative and leave things as they are.
IceTV: IceBox + BYOB IceBox + 2xTRF-2400 + 2xTF7100HDPVRtPlus + SKIPPA [RIP] + T2 + U4 + V2
No IceTV: a few Toppys and T2
Synology NAS

That's all understood.  But $3.99??  How do I reduce my $8.99 monthy subscription to $3.99??  Is there a secret code?

MD

$3:99 is for a simple XMLTV EPG data subscription with no IceTV recording management services and integrated apps and website. It is listed and described in the store section of our website.

Ah! Thanks.  I have used the XMLTV service with a Rasberry Pi implementation of Kodi (not now) but didn't know there was a separate sub.
