BeyonWiz T2 stuck on Open ATV logo

Hi - This week I was notified by IceTV that my recorder was not downloading info, so when I had a look, it was stuck on the Open ATV logo.
I powered off and on, same issue.
I tried a different PSU, same issue (this was the cause of my last problem).
Unfortunately, I cannot find my old posts and responses to try and get it going again.
I'd appreciate if one of the Guru's can show me the way.

Could be a firmware corruption, try reinstalling the the latest Open ATV T2 firmware.

Thanks Ian - please advise the steps and where to download, a search for Open ATV firmware in this forum yields no results.
