Beyonwiz V2

This will be something I've broken, I have gone through other forum posts but haven't spotted a clue for me.

I moved from ACT to QLD, performed a tuner scan for Brisbane - it finds 44 channels.

IceTV looked get confused somehow, showing me "Select the correct LCN for each channel"
I clicked "All" for every line, and also tried selecting the numeric value for each line.

Now I am getting email error messages from ICETV with the message:

"No valid service mapping for channel_id 2595"

and when I view the EPG guide on my Beyonwiz V2 I am only seeing channel info for SBS and ABC channels.

I have done a full reboot, and confirm ICETV is enabled, is logging in and has good messages in the logfile... but issue not solved.

I have clearly dug myself into a hole, can someone please help me dig myself out?

Thanks,

Antony.

Just a suggestion - is your TV antenna pointing SW towards Brisbane or NW towards the Sunshine Coast?

Ah! Not sure, but initially I had Beyonwiz scan for "All Australia" - I only changed this to "Brisbane" when digging myself deeper into the hole I am now in. Either way, I am seeing all the channels OK - its the "mapping" where I have my issue, and I am hoping that not seeing the EPG guide coming in from IceTV is the first challenge. I never had an issue with it in Canberra.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you changed your region in the IceTV end (My Accound>Guide>Region) from ACT - Canberra to QLD - Brisbane?

If you haven't, follow the steps to force a full IceTV reload as Daniel suggests above.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you!

Those simple instructions have got me back on track, everything is now working perfectly again.

Much appreciated.
