As my BeyonWiz PVRs (U4 and V2) age and are no longer supported. What is the best option to replace it?

Some point to "Fetch Mighty 4" or "Panasonic 1TB Twin Tuner Smart PVR" but from what I can see, neither of them are anywhere as good as a BeyonWiz.

Why not consider our own design "IceBox", developed by IceTV as Beyonwiz, Humax etc had closed down? It has complete IceTV integration and on our website online store

I endorse MD's recommendation. The Beyonwiz was great but the IceBox (particularly the 4 tuner version) has been a great replacement.

I agree that the IceBox is an ideal replacement. I have been using an IceTV IceBox since day one, and have two BYOB as well.

I do not recall any major issues reported for the Beyonwiz U4; mine has been reliable only issue due to user error. The V2 can run Open ATV which has an IceTV plugin which is still being maintained, although I have not used it. It also supports the U4 and T series Beyonwiz. IceTV: IceBox + BYOB IceBox + 2xTRF-2400 + 2xTF7100HDPVRtPlus + SKIPPA [RIP] + T2 + U4 + V2
No IceTV: a few Toppys and T2
Synology NAS

I have no current problems with my V2 or U4, but am a little worried that these excellent machines may become unusable soon from either hardware failure, or software/incompatibility issues.

Hopefully when that time comes around, the IceBox will be still here and I'll go down that direction.
