Thanks Adrian for your note on Supercars....in the midst of sorting it out...

Hi Carljh,

I have now put Mighty Machines to show R at prog. level...thank you for your note.
Hopefully Dan will be able to help you sort out your Home & Away issue.

cheers,  Lisa

Hi Adrian,

thankyou for this. The Equalizer (2021 Version) should be updated by our system tomorrow.

cheers,  Lisa

Hi Adrian,

have gone thru' your list and applied the R flag. Please let us know if you find that I have missed any...I was going a bit "crosse-eyed" in the end there.

cheers,  Lisa

Hello Trial Master,

Thankyou for your note.
I have applied the R flag to Neighbours for tomorrow morning and also Bold & Beautiful. We are trying to catch these in our daily checks..sometimes they sneak thru' unfortunately...

cheers,  Lisa

Hello There,

Super Rugby has now been set up as a series....also the Preview and Post-Match.

cheers,  Lisa

Hi Adrian,

have gone thru' your list of repeats and hopefully have caught them all.
Motorsport TCR should be all fixed and updated by the morning.
With the First Dates issue..they are both showing the R flag on the guide....it may be a Dan ask if they are not deleting from your recordings automatically....

cheers,  Lisa

hello Again,
I have alerted our IT Dan to your problem of it not updating on the Wiz....unfortunately I can only attend to Guide problems.
Ellen is usually scheduled on 9 and repeats are on 9Gem the following morning....usually....

thanks Lisa

Hi csutak40,

thankyou for alerting us to this error. Graham Norton guests should update shortly with the repeat being at 9.30pm.
Cold Feet are repeats. I can see that it is flagged R for today and tomorrow....but have popped it on for Monday.

cheers,  Lisa

Hi Adrian,

just looking at imdb.com and it is saying S1 E2 is Rink-Making & S1 E3 is Snow Bus Resurrection..ep4 Trail-Groomer Rescue etc....
are you looking at a different site? Am I missing something?

thanks,  Lisa

Hi Adrian,

I have applied the R flag to these shows you have mentioned.....they should come thru' shortly and hopefully they "stick" !

cheers,  Lisa

This was an error on our part..and it should have been rectified at the time. I can only presume we were moving forward with the guide for the week ahead and did not focus on the previous evening.

Sincere apologies again!

Hi Grumpy Geoff,

yes you are correct...we did have it marked as being aired on 06/07/20 so unfortunately the R flag was in place. As it was over 6months ago it is hard to ascertain whether Shades of Blue was "pulled" or replaced after our afternoon checks on that day...and if that was the case our system would have marked it as being aired.
Apologies for the inconvenience...but we have made sure that next weeks airing is all good to go!

thankyou,  Lisa

Morning Adrian,

a million apologies for this error....it must have been a late change that we did not pick up.
Hopefully this episode will be repeated and you can catch it in full.

sorry! Lisa

Hi Adrian,

let me speak with Dan about this one...I know it must be frustrating.....

thanks, Lisa
