so sorry that this has happened. I have just fixed ACT Prime manually today. There does seem to be an issue and we have experienced it with other regions and channels.
Dan is aware of the problem and will work on a permanent fix. Until this is resolved it will have to be manually done each day , probably around 2pm.
Apologies again for the inconveniences...it is frustrating on our end as well..

we didn't have an episode scheduled for last night as far as I can see..we don't have a listing for Series 4, Ep 8 at all.
The last episode was S4 E7 aired 24th September

apologies for the " non recording"....we are having issues with the 9 feed of late.
The 1.30pm slot didn't record because it wasn't in our guide for many regions, yours being one of them and Dan said "the 4:30pm however was scheduled by us but it looks like his Media Center didn't contact our server between 1:36pm on Sunday until 7:47pm, so it didn't actually receive the timer from our server".

Hi Robert, yes, thankyou for your email. The 9 network information to us has been very unreliable of late, which is extremely frustrating.
