Hi and apologies for the database error that double charged. What has happened is that you  when you were  double charged you purchased two months subscription so your next renewal would be 60 days after the double one, so you won't be overcharged.

You can always check the next expiry by going to you Account Details via logging into our website.

That the date your current monthly subscription will end.  Can also be seen in our website under My Account - Account Details

Or via the EPG choose the live channel on each offending one , one by one, and each should correct.

Let me catch up with Dan in the morning. They do have the cable and he probably will "re-open" the online store for you to purchase them by sending url.

Hi DMC, only a few kept for any warranty replacements. Did you want one or two?

Try a simple reboot by quickly pressing the remote on/off button, or choosing it from the top left hone screen.  That usually restarts ad-skip.

Does it matter on a Friday evening.  Save it for Monday.

Unfortunately availability is still unknown as the demand for chips, memory etc by AI data centres has pushed our price to around $750, and that's with zero margin for IceTV. That's a price beyond what most consumers will pay so we cannot place any orders until the AI demands eventually slow down. We still have our BYOB solution using our software but the customers hardware if anyone has a spare PC.

Have you tried a simple reboot via quickly pressing the remote on/off button and choosing from the drop down menu (or choose the on/off icon at the top left of the Home Screen which gives the same options)?  For me it fixes it.

A pity as a good PVR repairer would help so many of our customers but good you respect his request for privacy.

Hi Jan,  could you share the name and details of the repairer if they are good with PVRs as our usual one, NASA Electronics, has retired and we frequently get asked for help to fix them.

Due to AI data centre demand even the cost of just the 1TB SSD is exceeding $350 so we cannot import the components for the IceBox at a price anywhere near what our customers can bear.

A BYOB solution is the only cost effective option for now but the tuner(s) could be reused on an IceBox if they eventually become available at or near the old prices.

Apologists for the broken link.  It will be fixed tomorrow although thanks to raymondjpt he's given you a different way in.

Nothing intentional but I'm 77 on May 30 so something has to give at some time.
