Thanks for replying, but I don't understand about "only one request in our system". Do you mean in this forum? - because I have only done one post in this forum (this one that you have responded to). 
I have submitted about 4 requests via the Contact Us form on your web page wanting the double-charging to our account in August corrected.

Did you not get an email from our support system on the 8th?

Not sure why but we can only see one request in our support system that got quarantined, but we have seen it now and responded.

As a heads up, we are working on it slowly day by day and we do have plan in place to fix this for good, which should be online within the next week and a half. We are also looking at a quick fix short term solution that doesn't require manual changes each day.

As you have copied all the timers across to the new BYO setup you can remove the older IceBox from the account now, if you do manage to get back onto the IceBox it will register itself and you can just copy the timers back to it like you have done to the BYO device.

The channel has now been disabled completely within IceTV.

SBS Worldwatch is no longer being broadcast, it will only be available via SBS On Demand.

From memory it will show like that for shows where there isn't an airing in your enabled channels.

It is also interesting that The Block recording is shown correctly on my IceBox until a couple of hours (not sure exactly) before recording when it then reverts to TBA.

This is some very good info actually, and should help us track it down.

It looks like they don't currently have episodes attached to them, which is why it's like that. We will see what it looks like tomorrow morning with the new ingest from SBS, if it's not fixed then late tomorrow I can have a look at it.

We do try and avoid bit TBA's, but sometimes there will be small 1 or 2 minute gaps between shows and hence the TBA. I don't have an answer right now though as to why both boxes were showing something different.

Easiest way to fix as Colin has said is just to watch at least one station within a network and the LCN's for all channels within a network will be updated automatically.
