Gaps in data again

When I turned on the BW a few minutes ago the only data was for SD 7,9 and 10. So I flushed the cache and checked on log in - it was okay but I have to wait 55 minutes for it to refresh (hopefully). I had wanted to program a timer on SBS (no data) to start in 30 minutes....  >:(  The discount offer was tempting but then when things like this happen one begins to wonder if it's all too hard ???? I  posted this on the BW forum as well .   ::)

We can definitely understand your frustration, we share it.

The information we have from Beyonwiz is that they have fixed some bugs for the next firmware release that should stop this from happening in the future. The new firmware is in beta testing at the moment and we are hoping that it will be released soon.
