I have a Beyonwiz V2. I cannot send recordings from the IceTV website or app suddenly. What is the solution?

Are you still getting IceTV EPG updates: i.e. does your V2 have a full 6 days of EPG data? (In the EPG, you can step forward/back 24 hours using CH+/CH-)

If you don't have a full 6 days of EPG data, have you accidentally disabled IceTV on the V2?  If IceTV is enabled, the EPG will have an IceTV logo as the background above the EPG grid; if it's disabled, it will have a Beyonwiz "button" logo there.

Have you checked the IceTV log (MENU>IceTV>Show log)? Does it show entries like "Start update", "Timers updated OK", "EPG download OK", and maybe some timers being set, updated or removed? Does it show any errors? If so, what are they?

Has your V2 lost its network connection? Look in MENU>Information>Network: does it show green "LEDs" next to the "Internet:" and "Link:" labels?
