Australian Idol not recording

IceTV failed to set a timer on my U4 for Australian Idol claiming it has already been recorded. The EPG initially showed the premiere as a repeat. Had to manually save time shift.

Something screwed in the IceTV data?

Hi Pauloz53,

apologies for the recording problems with Australian Idol !
Just wanted to double check your region...if you are in QLD Regional area and occasionally NT, even though the episode has been named correctly, the system seems to read it incorrectly thinking it has already aired.
We are not sure why this anomaly occurs.
The Guide Team will check future airings to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I'm in Melbourne but also found it appears not to have accepted the Quantum Leap timers either.
