No programme infro from 18.30 to 19.30PM only starts at 19.31PM with Movie:Snow White And The Huntsman.
Already done reset!

Our Hobart TV Guide data on your account shows a movie "Goosebumps" from 5:30pm until "Snow White etc" at 7:30pm? Are you certain the Humax EPG is empty pre- ""Snow White"? Is the reset you describe switching it off - on or a factory one as I suggested?

It was empty before 7.30 yes and did a full factory reset as you suggested to try and fix the epg errors I was getting
