ICE TV showing dialog on startup

Having fixed the start menu pointing to the wrong exe. But NOW whenever vista boots it loads the splash screen then displays the full settings dialog waiting for me to close it. The old version only displayed the splash screen and tray icon.

Annoying to say the least. >:(

Just change the shortcut settings to start "minimised".
