Repeats and double ups

@lisa first dates has the repeat flag, is first runs only but is still in the guide to record (with the clash icon). screenshot attached for dan. I'll now manually remove it & see what happens.

Busted in Bangkok has now been fixed for tonight. You should see the change reflected shortly.

Hi, Tiphanee. Tonight's Busted in Bangkok (Prime7 & Prime 7HD, 18 Feb 22:00) is also incorrectly marked as a first run. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier.

For this one, the system doesn't currently do much with timers marked as 'failed', they do not get re-scheduled automatically or get removed.

We can however have a look at clearing them out if they would no longer be relevant, which is what happened here.

On the Beyonwiz, timers hardly ever get marked as "failed" anyway.

@lisa or @tiphanee these have appeared (some reappeared after previous fixes) & it would appear so because they dont have episode details to match against your database i.e. three blue ducks s01e02 repeat of sat arvo airing

Thanks for the list of repeats that you are seeing. I'm having a look at them now.

As well, for your information Bondi Rescue has a new season starting from Thursday so when we removed the 'r' flag at program level, it unfortunately applied to all the airings over the next week. We're in the process of putting a fix in for this one.

i looked at a few of the soonest episodes of bondi rescue on other guides but saw repeats so took it as blanket repeat. Thanks for letting me know. Now that youve mentioned it i've gone looking elsewhere & 9's guide has all the episode numbers for shows ie Bondi rescue https://www.yourtv.com.au/program/bondi-rescue/187781/

IceTV needs to be careful about exactly what it takes from the commercial broadcasters' EPGs. Nine has pursued them on that in the past (unsuccessfully, but it went to the High Court).

While you're checking...
The Late shows (Stephen Colbert, Trevor Noah &  James Corden) are often repeats.  Sometimes they are scheduled twice in the one night (as is Ellen) so one of them must be a repeat.  I presume Stephen Colbert is on a break ATM, because all the shows this week were repeats
I also often get both the Standard & High Definition recording
This happened last night with Graham Norton (and I just deleted one of them for Grand Designs New Zealand) Both started and finished at exactly the same time.
BTW, the last couple of weeks Graham Norton seems to start very late, miss the end of the show, even with 20 minute padding
