So here's our problems - most of our subscribers have ABC News disabled as they have no interest in hourly rolling news editions but the ABC decide to air some shows on both channels but not simultaneously. Should we leave it as a first run on the 2/20/21 channels or cause the non-ABC News subscribers to have to fiddle with the default IceTV recording options to record it as a repeat?  Of course your hard choices, as you have have both enabled, would be pressing delete for a few seconds on the PVR or "Remove Episode" on your IceTV My Week app or website for a similar few seconds. This issue of unsynchronised ABC News v ABC 2/20/21 will continue and my opinions is that for the majority of our subscribers any new show should remain first runs on both, albeit incorrect at a purist level.
