Hello.  At the moment I use TV Scheduler pro (webwscheduler) and since I upgraded to Win8.1 I had to change over my 2 tinytwin v2 usb tuners to TinyTwin v3a dual-tuner USB tuners to record from.
My old v2 twin tuners worked a treat under win7 but the 3a's seems to have a lot of "breakage" in the signal if you know what I mean.  Same issue with both 3a tuners which wasn't there under the old tuners.
Same PCs, same aerial (ie no change apart from win8.1 and the 3a's).

I can't afford a PVR, so does anyone have recommendations about either USB twin tuners or PCIE tuners that work with tv scheduler pro ??

Hi Chopper,

I can't help with your web scheduler tuner issues (which sounds like the antenna signal getting to the tuners is not perfect or the USB cable used to connect the tuners to the computer is dodgy) but there are good PVRs available cheap.

IceTV has the 2 tuner Humax HDR-7500T 500GB for just $249

And for the bargain price of $195 2nds World currently have the excellent 3 tuner Altech UEC (which will have IceTV added via a firmware update in a couple of weeks).

Thanks.  I ended up buying a digitalnow 7164 pcie twin tuner card, whilst waiting for their Quad tuner card to be released.

The new 7164 has been very reliable.
I use it with TV Scheduler Pro which has been an absolute pearl of a reliable free product for many years when used with an IceTV EPG subscription.
I also use VideoReDo to autofix any (rare but inevitable) signal/capture glitches and find and cut ads and pre and post show clippage.
