Which region is Newcastle in?

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to all this, having just moved over from Foxtel and I obviously have lots to learn! Just trying to set up my Ice TV account and it asks me to select a region. I'm in Newcastle and am not sure whether to select Sydney or NSW Regional Northern??

If you receive Prime, NBN and Southern Cross Ten (rather than 7, 9 and 10) then it's best to select NSW Regional Northern instead of Sydney. Although the two regions are very similar there are minor differences here and there in the guide.
