NOW button shows wrong time

iPhone App Version 2.9(37)   iPhone 4S Firmware 5.1.1

When the iPhone is set to 24 hr time format the NOW facility in IceTv App shows the correct guide time.

When the iPhone time is set to AM/PM format it shows 12 hours out. ie:0200 hrs instead of 1400 hrs.

Anyone else have this problem?

I reset the IceTV application between changing the iPhone time settings just to make sure it isn't remembering
the last iPhone setting.
