Still no LG Recorder support

It seems strange with all the LG HDD Recorders out there that IceTV still don't support them. About a year ago I bought an LG MS408D Dual HD Tuner with 250GB HDD, Wireless N and a Caddy to which I have since installed a 2 TB Samsung SATA drive. I had an account with IceTV at the time for my Mac and Elgato Tuner which I have since ditched. So I contacted support and they said they would look into it and were impressed with the machines specs but still nothing.

I think it may be the lame EPG that LG use. That's the only thing I can think of. Since I'm in Retail and we sell all the recorders IMHO I think the LG MS408D is the best but boy do I miss the IceTV service. Neither the Beyonwiz or the Topfields can do all the things the LG MS408D can do. Has anyone else had any feedback from IceTV re this?
