7Mate and GEM missing for the day

I'm in cairns (regional QLD) and running a windows 7 media center. I noticed there is no guide data for 7mate and GEM until midnight tonight even though it was fine yesterday. I tried downloading new data to no avail. I then checked the iphone app and noticed there was no data on there as well and it is also missing from the ICETV website TV guide. What's going on?
