RSS Feeds: Sort Order

I'm using an IceTv search RSS feed on my Wordpress page to display upcoming sporting events related to the site. I have a couple of queries:

Is there any way to sort the resulting RSS? Currently Im getting the events that are further away appearing at the top. Events that are broadcast sooner should be at the top.
2. Allow "network", "quality" and "live broadcast" options on RSS to stop duplications of programs in the RSS feed when broadcast simultaneously.

It would be even better if there was an IceTV Wordpress widget. Unfortunately Im not a code monkey.  :-[

I found an wordpress advanced RSS plugin to help with sorting the RSS order and changing the RSS icon. Now I need to limit the number of schedules for the same program. Any ideas?
