IceTV Interactive Logon Window

I have setup IceTV to start when windows starts up (I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit). This is all fine. However, after a delay of maybe 15 minutes or so the IceTV interactive logon/account/download window pops-up - usually in the middle of a TV program etc. This is a bit annoying - is there any way of preventing this from occurring?
