It would great if you had a link back to you web site...for example if I clicked on the IceTV logo in the top right hand corner...or something like that...
if I see something here I can quickly goto the interactive site etc etc

Maybe if I click on the report to moderator button, maybe then, Someone at Ice TV will see this and possibly answer.
Or I could keep bumping this until hell freezes over.
hummm.... I can see the tumble weeds rolling all through IceTV's support forums, I remember now why I haven't been here for so long.

IceTV should stop offering this service if they "These forums are not constantly monitored by IceTV Support Staff."

SERIOUSLY ICETV... it's not hard to link these forums back to your site...  See that little iceTV logo in the top right hand corner.

Here I've done the hard work for you.
<a href="http://www.icetv.com.au"><img src="http://www.wherthelogolives" alt="icetvlogo"> </a>

Oh look...it works, surprise surprise... icetvlogo

I'm here about to do a rescan because all the listing have gone south on win7 media center, and now, instead of having a quick link back to you site I have to type it all in a new window.

I see on the front page of your site, you have a link to these forums....interesting, that you can go one way, but fail to go back...

But, like always on these forums, I'm talking to myself...

Although I too want to add +1 excellent idea, I also don't quite get your logic.  Why should they stop offering the service because they, apparently, keep to their word and don't constantly monitor these forums? :P

It does seem like a simply thing to do (I know nothing about code) so it is entirely possible that they haven't read this thread.  So, why don't you ask them directly?  Send them and email, or phone them as they suggest?  As they say in the second line of the above warning, "All technical support issues should be sent directly to IceTV via the Contact Us page"

They put that message up there, because everyone was complaining about their lack of participation in their own forums, where they seem to be more active on their twitter account and on third party websites like xpmediacenter.com.au

I continue to make mention of this because they HAVE been here since this was originally posted. Yet refuse to acknowledge new posts... they answer the ones they want to... and lets face it. There is only EVER 10 posts tops per day to look at. Not an overwhelming amount by anybodys standards.

Why should I, since this is a legitimate form of support as listed on their website. It's not a support problem about their EPG product so I don't think I need to contact customer support just to say
"Hey guys, I posted a message on your support forums, you wanna go have a look at it? Do you want me to give you the address, in case your forgot?"

I mean its very frustrating... *sigh*
