Upcoming episodes not being flagged

Hi.....I have experienced problems whereby upcoming episodes of a series which I have marked for recording are showing as "There are no upcoming episodes of XXXX in your area" when I check under My Shows, even though the Program guide shows there are upcoming episodes within the next 5 days and the area details on my account are correct. Is anybody else experiencing this problem, or, as is more likely, am I just doing something wrong?
