Cant get the toppy 710to connect to ice

Well Im well on the wrong side of 50 and trying my hardest but here is my problem.
Printed off setup instructions
Created folder step 1 to 7 worked well
At step 9 pressed the white button to update the guide and guess what? Nothing happens
no little box appears to select. Cant go further....nothing happens so I go to guide and it goes back to "Toppy" guide....ahhh
So I selected "ice TV" put in my ID and password but now
it just tells me "ice server is busy" Like every time ..Tried the "ping" but fails..
Cant get it to work at all
Any ideas...Is there onsite support??

No one seems to have taken up your problem....If you haven't already done so,ring ICETV or their support phone number 1300 654 803. You usually get through pretty quickly.
