7TWO Data Not Showing on Beyonwiz, But is on Toppy

I am getting the 7TWO Ice EPG data on my Toppy 5000MP, but not on my Beyonwiz.
Toppy gets EPG via IceBox2. Wiz does a daily early AM view timer.
Wiz gets everything except 7TWO.
Wiz receives 7TWO and it is included in the EPG list - but blank.
7TWO is selected in the 'My Account' options.
Any ideas??

In general the Beyonwiz only updates the guide, and doesn't update the channel list automatically. You can force an update of the channel list however by clearing the iceguide disk cache.

To do this:


  • On the Beyonwiz go to the "Setup" via the remote control.
  • Go to the fourth tab labeled "System".
  • Go down to "Initialize" along the side.
  • Select "Clear IceGuide Disk Cache".
  • Click "Yes" to confirm this.

OK, I've solved the problem. It did require some extra steps that I assume are Beyonwiz specific.

From the Wiz network menu - disable Ice, from the settings menu - clear the EPG and Icedata cache.
Delete and rescan all 7 network services - Ch 6 in Brisbane -  got all FTA data (including 7TWO).
Switch Ice back on and all is working now.

Don't know if any of these steps can be left out, but this worked for me.

I just cleared the EPG and Icedata cache and 7TWO guide info is there now.
