Bug: top section does not become transparent

If you right-click the Widget, choose Widget Preferences, then change the Opacity slider, most of the widget becomes transparent, but a section at the top does not.  Kinda ugly.  Please fix.

Hmm...it doesn't on my computer - running IE8. Might depend on which browser you're using - I've been discovering lots of discrepencies between browsers. Some render properly on some but not all text/graphics - some don't handle printing of embedded graphics that well, or scale improperly etc etc.

this is the yahoo widget - what is IE doing with it at all?  Does the IceTV widget use IE to render itself?  In that case, I'm using IE6.
