Deleted device.. lost My Shows

Hi,

I've been having a lot of problems lately getting updates to the Wiz.  I usually have to switch off the wiz into standby, switch it back on, and then resend the recordings.

I don't have any network problems though as wiztv and everything still works fine so I was at a loss as to why it seemed so flaky.

Anyway, I just did a stupid thing and deleted the device completely and re-added it to see if that helps.. not realizing that i'd lose all my 'My Shows' that I slowly built up over the months.

Is there any way of getting them back or do I have to start from scratch again?
