Losing Channel settings and Ice/TV connection

Have a Toppy 7100 and am experiencing a couple of problems on a reasonably ongoing basis.

1.  losing my channel setting once the 7100 has been turned off for a while (eg overnight).  this required me to re-scan settings.

2. Lose my Ice/TV connection.  When I try test pinging the network it fails.  Other wireless devices on the network are working fine.

My Recorder Status is as follows:

Anyone got any ideas?
PS.  Tried emailing Topfield but no response to 2 emails.  Are they still operating?

Which topfield?  itopfield (toppro I think they are called are the current support).   But both things you mention there are very common for that model unfortunately.

I would try updating the firmware as v1.11.33 is out now.  Well at least that's what was on my 7100 when i bought it
