Seven HD keeps disappearing

Seven HD keeps disappearing and being replaced by 10HD.. Each time I perform a scan every channel is detected and setup.. As soon as I look in the guide seven HD has gone, when I go back and look at the list of channels 7 HD has been replaced with 10HD..?
Any help with this?
