Best Channel and Listings Mappings for Newcastle

I think my advancing years are getting the better of me.   Trying to sort this out is doing my head in.  I seem to spend hours resetting everything every time there is a change to the channels only to discover that I either have duplicated or missing channels.  Before I can sort this out they all change again (I'm thinking SBS, ONE etc).

Can anyone please recommend some optimum settings for Vista WMC, for channels and listing mappings to suit Newcastle?
