ICE TV States Channel (Blocked)

Hi, my guide has lost half it's channels, when I go into Settings, TV, Guide, Change Channel Order, most of the missing channels show as follows 9 NINE(Blocked)

Does anyone know how to fix this.

I resolved this error by re-scanning the channels.
