email address

Can someone please help me.

I notice that most members do not display an email address. I want to do the same.

In My Profile I have put in my valid email address and marked the box

Hide email address from public?  WITH A TICK

I assumed that this would then not show my email address to fellow members, but it still shows.

How can I correct this.

Whatever you did, I can't see your email address.  Perhaps the forum shows you your own email address when logged in?

Like futzle, I see

Email: hidden

in afs's profile.

I also have an email address set, but hidden ticked, and I see it in my own profile. Do you see the email address, or just hidden in my profile?
