7 guide unavailable

I have Ice tv and it doesnt have Guide data for chanel 7, this allso does the same thing on my set top box, what is causing this, is this channel 7 playing Hardball? or is there just a tech issue?

 A reply from ICE TV suport staf would be nice guys? It has been a few days since my post yet no response, these things dont fix themselves. This is very annoying.

This isn't going to help you much but I have 7 EPG fine in 2 STBs (Topfield 5K, Beyonwiz) and the Widget and the Web.
Do you have standard channel mapping (7SD=LCN7 7HD=LCN70)?  Do you have multiple 7/70s (you may need to delete any double ups you have)?  Are you in a regional area but on a border, so receiving TV from non-regional, but need guide data from regional?
