Series recording via guide.

I have recently moved from a topfield to an eyetv diversity. I have been in contact with eyetv support about creating smart guides from the guide display rather than having to get the keyboard out and they stated:

There is a feature you might try called "Smart Series Guide" which is basically what you have described. From the Program Guide, click on a particular show, then click "Record All". This is the one-click smart guide creation method. This is a guide-driven feature, so some shows will not have this option available if TVTV's guide does not have the relevant guide hooks necessary for it.

I thought icetv had this information in its feeds, has anyone had an luck with this? I am using eyetv 3.04
