Ice TV stopped working.

My ICEtv has stopped working - well downloading the guides?
It has work well for months now. I have checked the settings and logs, it connects to ICEtv for updates but I dont get them in the Vista MC guide? Time and Date are correct, Set Reg key was done again, Vista tells me guides were downloaded OK?
Now I get in the log - Request ignored because it's being made too often.

Arrr, this is driving me nuts...   ???

Well I sorted it out...
I needed to run through the full Vista guide setup again, Scanning stations and adding guides...
WHAT A PAIN, I hope this does not happen to often..!   ::)
