IceTV is down?

I can't open IceTV on the web and I just tried the Iphone app, there is nothing under MyWeek or TV Guide and MySeries is an old version as is Coming soon (May)  The IceTV customer support page seems to open (although it could be a cached page - it opens with a support request dated October 31, 2014) but www.icetv.com.au just won't open at all

Status Update

We're still checking and working on various things but it is looking a lot better.

• Humax PVRs should be working normally now.
• Topfield PVRs can now log in and download the device list but may still be having a problem getting the guide.
