Hoping. IceTV is an incredible service. I've been with you since mid 2006 and never miss a chance to show off the service. I have not set a manual timer on the box more than a few times in 9 years. The thought of having to trawl the FTA guide manually on the box is heartbreaking. The idea that nobody would take up the business is unthinkable.

I'd resubscribe despite meaning I'd lose the 3 years I have already paid for. I think I got every subscription extension for a huge discount anyway. I have to admit each time I kept seeing these huge subscription discounts a tiny alarm went off :-( so although I'd be saying goodbye to more than $100 prepaid the service is definitely worth keeping.

If only they had stuck to the service and not tried to build a box to compete with a saturated market, and a box with features guaranteed to antagonise. I mean, was skipping through ads with a few presses really so inconvenient it was worth all that?

Cannot imagine watching FTA without IceTV, I've used it since inception and program everything through the app.

Groan. Not again. They even manage to clean out my daily view timer on my Beyonwiz. And despite assurances in the email shows are not being rescheduled for me.

As a suggestion to IceTV. Better that users expect a problem and don't see it than get an unexpected issue with not a lot of communication on it, initially. I suspected a major structural change was behind it and so it was. Warn us next time and at least customers will be prepared in case there is an issue.

I seemed fortunate. After deleting the number of unrequested extra timers for Wednesday night, and then recreating legitimate times that were deleted as well I then fired the Wiz P1 up around 4pm and all the timers loaded in correctly. I did not have to resend all timers and I'm not seeing any conflicts. I did get a reply from support where I was told to expect conflicts reported in the app and online for a few days but they should be ignored.

Just find it in the guide and request it to record again.

Tried that but it failed with an error as it was a series recording and already existed. So I deleted it and set it again and looks OK. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, make sure you know what's there.  I just realised that it took one of my recordings, that I wanted, with the deletion.

I already threw caution to the wind, now I lost recordings as well. Not sure how to reinstate them now, they are greyed out.

Yep. I'd happily just delete them but I don't want to cause more mess in case the whole thing is in flux still. This has made me realise how much I rely on iceTV, I don't even know what night or channel things are on these days. Now I'm scratching my head trying to work out what I've missed or if everything else is there :-)

I'm seeing recordings returned under My Week on the website, but several are not things I have scheduled such as  The Amazing 90s, Men At Work (2014), Believe (2014). Not sure if all my recordings are there now.

All my timers are missing in the Beyonwiz and nothing has recorded tonight as a result, not sure about Monday. Also checking the iPhone app and my online account shows nothing ahead in "my week". I'd try resending timers but there are none there to send.

Can a proper Apple Touch icon be made for the website? The iOS app icon would be perfect. Currently I am just seeing a reduced screen cap.
