This episode has been corrected and the 11.00am airing today is marked as new, in case anyone missed it.

I don't think your change persisted, as you can see from the below -

I very much doubt you've got this entry correct -
"Cycling: Tour De France
SBS HD, 4:00pm, Sun, 20 Jun 2021, 90 minutes
Live and exclusive coverage of all 21 stages from the Tour de France all the way from Utrecht, Netherlands to Paris, France."

The 2021 TDF doesn't start until Sat 26-Jun.
The SBS online guide has this timeslot as -
"Best Of Tour De France 2020"

IceTV EPG Content / Re: Jack Irish 13/6/21
June 10, 2021, 09:49:02 AM
The "ABC Help Centre" concurs -
"The explosive final season of Jack Irish premieres on ABC in June
The not-to-be missed final chapter of ABC's much-loved series Jack Irish starts on Sunday 13 June, 8.30pm on ABC TV, and then all episodes will be available to stream on ABC iview.

Emmy award-winner Guy Pearce is back for one last crusade reprising his iconic role as Jack Irish, a former criminal lawyer with a penchant for getting wrapped up in things he shouldn't."

https://help.abc.net.au/hc/en-us/articles/360004438535-The-explosive-final-season-of-Jack-Irish-premieres-on-ABC-in-June

As does iView -
"When a series of brazen killings strike close to home, Jack and the team reunite for one final case that will bring Jack back to where it all began.

Brand-new season premieres Sunday 13 June at 8.30pm on ABC TV and all episodes on ABC iview."

You copy the edited *.ts file and the associate *.eit file back to the V2, and run a command line instruction that recreates the other 4 files associated with each recording.

No need to resort to the command line.  You can download the plugin "reconstructapsc" and use it in the GUI's media selection list on the selected file to create the .ap and .sc files needed for playback navigation.

Beyonwiz / Re: BEYONWIZ APP FOR IOS
May 13, 2021, 09:46:23 PM
I think the WizOS IOS app is gone.  Try these instead -
Gigablue Player
telly'mote
vuplusTV

Or use the OpenWebif interface from a browser on your iPhone/iPad at http://beyonwizv2 (or http://{IP-address-of-V2} if you've a crappy router).

For Android, the Gigablue Player is better than the Android version of the WizOS app (both are based on the same code base).

Any non-IceTV issues/questions should probably be posted on the Beyonwiz forum at - https://www.beyonwiz.com.au/forum/

Would it be possible to order the updates in the JSON so that "forget" updates are placed before "record" entries, to avoid this issue?

Four years ago there was a change made to order it as above - http://forum.icetv.com.au/iceforum/beyonwiz/17/icetv-doesnt-list-timer-deletions-before-timer-addupdate/5614/
Perhaps it was undone in the "great re-write"?

If I look at the IceTV Cairns guide, I see Millionaire Hot Seat is on at different times for 9 Regional and 9HD Regional, surely that can't be correct -
Tuesday, April 20
4:30pm
Millionaire Hot Seat
9 Regional

5:00pm
Millionaire Hot Seat
9 Brisbane
Millionaire Hot Seat
9HD Brisbane
Millionaire Hot Seat
9HD Regional
Millionaire Hot Seat
Imparja

Shouldn't 9HD Regional have it set for 4:30pm?

IceTV EPG Content / Re: GWN Wednesday News
April 15, 2021, 08:05:01 PM
It wasn't just GWN.
Even Seven's FTA guide had it running from 20:34:20 - 21:37:25.
Then at 21:08:44, whilst the show was being broadcast, they altered the FTA time to start at 20:31:07 (yes, that time had passed).
The show eventually ran for 1H:23M:11S.
It was the AFLW awards show.

No descriptions in YourTV neither - and they should know!

Yep, 'tis, thanks.

Perth and Darwin haven't had the same post-6am Sunday updates of the Nine Network guide that the rest of the country has had.
Any reason for this?

Are the Bosch episodes in the middle of the night (3 of them, one after the other next Friday) really new episodes?  I am not sure, but surely, if they weren't repeats, they wouldn't be showing them at night?

It looks like the ABC has dropped those showings of Bosch at the last moment.

It's SBS not ABC, and they were shown this morning (at least in the "wild west").

I've never heard of The Durrells so I've set up to record this Saturday. Episode 1 is on again next Monday, I recall there was a way to filter multiple repeats by time in the past, is there anyway to stop multiple repeat timers generating now?

As far as I know, not with IceTV scheduled recordings.
However you can set up an AutoTimer definition and restrict it via either of -

  • a start time window - set "Only match during timespan" to enabled and (start time) "Begin/End of timespan" to (say) 19:00/20:00, or
  • a uniqueness test - set "Require description to be unique" to "On same service" and "Check for uniqueness in" to "Title and Short description" (with a uniqueness test, ensure you keep completed timers for 8 days - MENU>>Setup>>TV>>Recording settings>>Remove completed timers after (days)")
Job done.
