Many thanks for your note regarding OJ Simpson and my apologies that you nearly missed recording the second episode.  On a daily basis, morning and late afternoon checks are carried out to capture last minute changes to programming and starting times.  I can only imagine this was a network change that happened later than our last check which unfortunately it out of our control. 

Unfortunately, we are finding a significant amount of changes that are creeping into the guide even between the morning and afternoon checks as the networks currently wage their own ratings battle.

With regards to the 'Repeat' issue, upon further reflection, ICE has reviewed its policy and will be marking programs with an appropriate 'r' in the instance they have been screened prior, regardless of whether or not it is on the same channel or network.  ICE will continue to use the synopsis information provided by ABC and SBS but will use its own discretion when it comes to marking with a repeat flag.

With regards to the missing data for ABC and ABC3, I believe all schedules are up to date.  Can you please confirm if you can't see data on any of the days as it may be a technical issue and not a guide issue.

This how now been corrected in the ICE database.  Unfortunately, we had a new episode created for 'Predicting Murder' so it was showing as 'new'.  It has now been rectified in line with the other episodes, so it will be titled Series 1, Part 3 and will be a 'repeat'.

Many thanks for your note.

I understand that Episodes Series 1 and Series 2 are a repeat on ABC as they have been previously screened on Nine.  However, ABC provide us with the EPG content and we are obliged to use it in the format we receive it.  In that EPG data, Episodes is marked as a first run on Thursday night and repeated on Saturday night.

This episode of Sons of Anarchy is from Season 7 which hasn't been screened on Free-to-Air TV in Australia so is classed as a premiere.  You may have caught it on Showtime previously.

Thanks for your note and sorry there was an 'r' flag on the second episode of Modern Family.  I have gone through all the episodes that are currently scheduled for the rest of the week and they are all definitely new episodes.

Unfortunately, Reno Rumble suffered dismal ratings and last week the network decided to move it to a later timeslot and drop it all together on Wednesday.  I thought we had captured all the occurrences in the schedule until your email came through.

I apologise that we missed Tasmania and the schedule has now been corrected for Wednesday.
