Getting Help / No Recordings

I'm having an issue where my Icebox shows the symbol for IceTV timers but I haven't had a recording since 6/9.  I've got the EPG and I've resent the timers from my IveTV account but still no recordings.

Yep same here, when I look at the guide on the IceBox/s however on the IceTV website under my recorders, the errors are mall gone.

This is not something I can recall having seen. I suggest that you create support case so that it can be investigated by the IceTV team.

Sorry Ian, that wasn't worded too well.

I just meant that I'm in Melb, hence the Melb guide, and both IceBox's recorded 7 mate and 7 two instead of 7HD.  But Lisa seems to have found the root of the problem.  :)

Thanks Lisa, that was definitely weird, and yes I did get the first 5 mins and wondered what was going on after that.  The repeat at midday today seems to have recorded fine.

Last night both of my IceBox's recorded the wrong channel for MKR.

Melb guide both recorded 7 Mate HD instead of 7 HD.

What resolution do you have the IceBox set to?  I changed mine from 4K to 1080P and it stopped the delays and I figured I'm not losing anything as Aus TV isn't broadcast in 4k anyway.

I've had a few times where I've had a % circle counter in the middle of the screen, and the other day I had the black screen with just the pointer, holding the power button did nothing so I had to pull the power on it to get it back to life.

I can confirm that this has fixed the issue for me.

Thanks MD, had a reply from Daniel on my ticket also saying you guys are looking into a fix.

I have the same issue,(not the subtitles issue) network 7 channels missing for me as well, I've done soft and hard reset, they came back for a few minutes after the hard reset but then disappeared again.
I've raised a support ticket.

Did you get the support ticket regarding the software update before running all of the SETUP?

Yes thank you, mostly went fine but it gave me an ice guide error after the channel scan, haven't had a chance to look into it further yet.

Guys for those of you that have the IceTV Box (maybe beta testers) I've just plugged mine in, came up with the IceTV logo and now nothing, no response to the remote either.

Never mind rebooted the whole system have it going now.
