Yes, but why have EMAIL support on the ICETV web site if it does not get answered?

If EMAIL and TELEPHONE support are both advertised on the Web site, then they BOTH should get responses.

Just wondering if people have used the customer support (Email to support@icetv.com.au).

If so, did you recieve a response from them and how long did you wait for a response?

Just wondering as I emailed them on the morning of the 28th and still have not had a response.
