I haven't personally watched it. All sources indicate it's on. Perhaps a letter to Prime might clear it up for you.

Your feedback is detailed and appreciated. There are a lot of people to get across this and co-ordinated, so please let me know if something either changes or isn't working.

IceTV EPG Content / Tassie and Darwin SCTV

There is confusion over exactly what channel the Commonwealth Games will appear on. We were 'reliably' informed that the usual SD channel programming would switch to HD and the Games format would appear on normal SCTV. Their own guides seemed to reflect this. They have changed this a couple of times over the past couple of days. Given we're good, but not psychic, any local blurb or knowledge from Darwin and Tasmania would be appreciated. Thanks.

More of an alert than anything. It's the last 2 episodes ever - so I'm told.

With daylight saving stress this seems to have been over-looked. The fact that Prime have scheduled it this way, as you've pointed out, doesn't make sense. For now, I've just replaced the 2nd running with a 'r' no ep version of ACI.

Hi. I'm not even sure what One-Digital is all about. If I were you I'd completely ignore it. ONE-HD should be HD. The games are on TEN-SD and ONE-HD. The only difference appears to be that TEN breakaway for the News at 5pm. Let's see.

Some of the programs that appear on the 'new shows' list, are placed there after channels release publicity promises and / or observing on-air promotions. Whether they eventually appear on that channel's schedule is obviously beyond our control. We all know how fickle they can be. There must come a point where we decide it's never going to happen - as you've alluded to here. I think with an example like 'Sherlock' it would be fair enough to remove from 'new shows'. For whatever reason, it's being held 'in the can'.

McCallum has been gone for a few days now. That was an anomaly.

I believe 'The Killing' will be as you have guessed. 'II'.

Thanks for the feedback on this. It's vital to us.

It appears that the broadcast will be from 12pm - 6pm Eastern time. The Guides have been changed to reflect this. Perth still apears to be a mystery and some confusion also over the Chris Mainwaring Tribute Match. We're onto it.

The community channels cannot supply the guide information in a format suitable. This we have just found out. As you can appreciate, GEM and 7-MATE have suddenly appeared also. The community channels must now be compiled manually.

Since IceTV commenced just over 5 years ago, the number of channels has at least tripled (more) but the cost of the service has stayed the same, and for many has in fact reduced. So whilst I understand wanting community channels, I'd ask that you bear in mind all is being done every day by dedicated people to bring you; the customer, what you deserve. A quality service.

IceTV EPG Content / AFL Guide Additions

Hi All. As most know the AFL Grand Final was a draw and as everyone knows, there will be a Grand Final 2 this Saturday afternoon. There are no details as to just how long the broadcast will be. I doubt they will have quite the length and 'build-up' as last week, so at this stage we've allowed 5 hrs of AFL time-slot. There was also no point making allowances for time differences in Adel and Perth on a guessed start time. As soon as the info is available, we will have it in the Guides.

Footy Show is being added as I type for AFL also.

I think you can understand that given this channel is using a channel still under use that's it's not just a case of creating something new. Someone was always going to be affected by this. Our first action was ''s to bring in the new channels 7 days before so subscribers could get a good 'look' at what's upcoming. This affected alot of people on this very thread. We changed it back.

This morning we have changed the names and programming to reflect the new channels GEM and 7-MATE. Only we now hear Nine are not ready and have delayed the launch to 6am Sunday morning. So .... farcical? Please let channel Nine know that we agree with you.

We had alot of requests for people to 'see' the upcoming programming for GEM and 7-MATE, not to mention reasonable uncertainty as to what they would actually broadcast in the days leading up to respective launches. (ie loop tapes / graphics etc etc). It would be different and easier if these new channels were not using the 7-HD and 9-HD bandwidth.

This has obviously caused other problems though. We have just now changed the programming back to 'normal'. The 7 and 9 programming should now appear as before. The new channels' programming won't appear until only hours before they launch as a consequence. Apologies for the confusion.

Yes that's true. We suggest perhaps expanding your padding time and write to TV Channels. Although I believe this is done intentionally.

Not quite sure why you're seeing that. It's correct as per your 2nd version.
