Don't want to 'buck-pass' you but I'd suggest posting this in the 'General Discussions' forum. The techs tend to visit that more often. Or, call the hot-line tomorrow. Someone can and will help you over the phone.

Re the Astro Boy post and others similar ...........

We're trying to keep the 'new shows' to prime-time or there abouts. The list gets way to long and unusable for most subscribers if we include cartoons (for example).

There are exceptions to that of course, with some major events falling outside of prime time hours.

Appreciate the posts.

Am a little confused. All looks in order from here. Can't see any 'r' flag for the 24th but there certainly is for GEM the 29th.

'Sources' tell us it's a 'r'. However, I'm guessing you're a fan and probably know, so I've removed the flag. Better to get something than not is always the preferred default. Thanks.

As you've guessed by now I don't answer too many technical type issues (because I don't know the answers). Might pay to call the hotline with the widget question and also the previous 'Covert Affairs' recording problems some people seem to have experienced.

Thanks for the information. Will 'switch on' now so folk there can have time to preview next week's programming. Let me know please if you're not seeing it in a few hours.

Saturday 23rd (am sure was just a typo), is the first showing and, yes of course you're right. The following day is a repeat and is marked as such now. As I've said before, please keep pointing this stuff out. Whilst we get 99% of them. occasionally we are duped by the particular channels' ludicrous claims of 'new eps' or 'first runs'. This one was more obvious though I guess.

Changed all that yesterday. Would have hoped it had filtered through to you by now. Let me know if not. Thanks.

This is definitely marked as a series this end. WIN7? Might ask you to post in the technical section or give the 'help-line' a call. Will probably be a frustratingly simple tweak your end.

The IceGuide was correct and had been amended with plenty of time. I suggest checking your 'fetch' times.

This was changed as part of our routine checking. However, nothing is fool proof so we appreciate changes like this being reported. This forum is read and is quite appropriate. Thanks again.

Yeah it was shown in 2008. Occassionaly we get duped by the ridiculous claims that some of their programs are 'new'. Extreme example claiming 'Bewitched' is a 'new episode'. Or a 1950's movie as 'premiere'. So continue to let us know if we miss some of the less obvious ones; and may the programming / publicity  twits give us all a little more credit one day soon.
