The Friday AFL football Game is starting at 6am with the news following in Perth.  Please adjust the guide.

The strat time of the Eagles vs Sydney Football game was wrong yesterday and Channel Seven have the football starting at 1400 not 1500 as advised by you today 1st April.  They also have a special called Football is Back starting at 1700.  This has been advertised all week.

Look for toppyweb - Toppy formuns have more and a few are starting to look at running the smaller server on the icebox2 - be aware it would likely void any warranty.  If you run TEDS you can do a similar thing with your PC on all the time and get an emailed report of what is going on.  Just not you need to have all your fav in order first.

I would happy subscribe to an email for the region I D/L ie Perth Metro and get information from Ice direct about any small problems.  But would also support the input of bogus information advising of technical problems.  Like quite a few when it is total blank we all come looking for answers to the same question - why and when will it be fixed.

Thanks for the recommendations, will check but I am pretty sure I have the latest F/W from Dlink website.  The unit has maintain connection all weekend so far and I even had the 360 D/L a demo game over night.  If it keeps dropping the connection I will email Dlink to see if they can help.

I downloaded smartFTP - I have WS_FTP on my computer but this would not connect.  D/L smartFTP, ran, typed in the IP address and pick anonymous and it worked.  Suggest you give smartFTP ago - goggle smartFTP for the web site.

I have got the ICEbox2 working via my wireless connection.  The info page shows a strong signal and the DHCP server "Dlink G640T" is using the mac address to issue the same IP address each time.  I find that over night the connection is dropped and each time I have to pull the power to get the ICEbox2 to reconnect to my network.

Am I missing something in setting up my network.  This would be the first device on the network which I am trying to connect 24/7.  All other devices are stopped and started.

Just got my ICeBox 2 today and it has F/W version 200608301537, so I guess it came with the latest version.

Took a while to get the WPA working and a few resets.  But so far all is good and ted/s is working perfectly.

Just need to pull out the TV cabinet and use the nice small USB cable and not the 3m one.  :)
