I would start with making sure you are connected to the net

Then I would guess you have login issues with your icetv account.

I have had a few yellow triangles but overall has not been that bad.  But I do check to see what is happening daily.  I dont turn the machine off.  That way I can set timer from work.

I ran in manual time for a while and that caused issues with the start time of timers, ir they appeared as 6:02 and not 6:00pm.  Switched to auto time and that has resolved it self to a degree.  Would love prepadding.

I am getting issues with late changed to HD channels that is starting to get anoying, but I blame tv stations

I have just noticed that I have no data for any SBS station.  Running a TRF2400 in Perth.

Anyone have something similar?

No such luck with the topfield system.  Information about ICE is nil apart from the configuration screen.  Looking at the poll time it looks to be roughly every 3hrs.  I would expect 30minutes is a better poll time if you are looking for new timer information.  If it is just the EPG then once a day is fine.

I am new to Ice Interactive and trying to determine the frequency that my new TRF2400 looks for new information and timers.  The Poll time on the My account page is always in front of the actual time in Perth.  I have told you that I am in Perth with the station information so can you correct the polling time back to Perth time?

Okay this appears to be an Ice Interactive issue as the timers are correct on my PVR.

In Perth you have incorrect information for ABC on Friday 11th at 8:30am - Should be George Gently and not Pedigree Dogs exposed.

Looking further ABC1 / ABCHD appears to be a day out for me.  The bill is appearing on Sunday with GG appears on Saturday.

Okay I have data for all stations apart from ABCHD.  It also looks like I have no information in the interactive menu for ABCHD.  I have data for ABC1 and ABC2.

I have not selected copy SD to HD in the my account setting as I am no longer certain what would happen with the other HD channels.
Can someone let me know if they have ABCHD EPG data.  Might have to ask ICE what I have wrong.

Has information on how offen we can expect the 2400 to poll the ice site for timers and updated EPG been released.  Again would be nice if we had some information from itopfield or a menu feature.
As I am running both units I have been turning off the 2400 (put in standby) to see if it will turn on/off as it should for timers.

Okay like a few I have been running a Toppy 5000 and have just got the TRF2400.  I have now got timers and EPG to the unit and have it working.
Show padding - without this it is worthless.  Can someone please explain how I pad automatically.  Otherwise I will continue to have to use the 5000 - TV stations do not stick to a schedule.
After using TEDS+ for years I am not finding the interative ice not that great.  I like all the feature of TEDS, so much more flexible to ensure you only record the right shows and understand what shows are being missed due to clashes.
Will keep playing and hopefully record some shows.

I have all ABC1 information 1 hour early ie Robin Hood shows it starts at 6:30 rather than 7:30.  Machine is a Toppy and it has corrected itself for the DLS.  All other channels look okay.

The data is only incorrect for Sunday the 30th.  The rest of the week is okay.

I am using a toppy and all appears to be correct apart from the TV information for ABC1 is on hour early in Perth

Dont worry I think it is all DLS issues and after the time changes tonight it will all make sense

I am in Perth and uses TED+ to get the icedata to a toppy 5000.  The data for Channel 7 is missing the 6pm news for a number of days

Football this week in Perth Starts at 6:30 after the news.  Current schedule has a 7:30 start
