Hi guy
Been a loyal support of ICETV for many years now - just wondering in setting up icetv guide data for JRiver Media Centre 19, if you can direct me to where the utility webget.exe went too in your forums? I am clicking on it but it is returning a 'Failed - No file' message. COuld you please give guidance if I am able to use this, and if not, what the process may be in setting up for icetv in JRiver Media Centre may be. I have scanned all the JRiver forums, and it seems that the general consensus is a scapper and then direct JRiver to then load the data into its guide.
Cheers for any help or guidance in this!

Good afternoon guys/girls,
I have been running Windows 8 CP for just on 2 weeks and all is running smoothly. Is there any development going on for your icetv to run O.K. from Windows 8 CP?I'd be happy to trial any 'Alpha's' for you  :)  Thanks guys for your work, and look forward  to any info about Windows 8 CP and your icetv app.
Cheers,
Nigel

Hi all,
It seems the information required with getting the data into win 7 is getting closer. See the following link:
http://www.xpmediacentre.com.au/community/windows-7-epg-support/34626-windows-7-3rd-party-epg-via-loadmxf-4.html#post237570
I hope this means ice tv may have a beta up for running in Win 7 in the pipeline a little while after the info is released? An update would be great!
Cheers,
Nigel

Thank you dgaust. I only saw that post late yesterday and started to get so excited and I forgot to link it. :)  I wish I could speak developer speak to help this development
The posibilities of the new format look great in win 7. I like the idea of having  shmicko fta and internet tv logos in the guide page in media centre? Also it looks like that the format can allow a lot more meta data?
I hope the guys from ice tv can get in and help develop something?
cheers

Hey guys,
I have been patiently waiting for icetv support for windows 7 as discussed in thel ater stages of this thread:
http://www.icetv.com.au/iceforum/index.php?topic=1206.0
Also the green button forum has this thread http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/2/293888/ShowThread.aspx
which discusses the various differences of the guide setup.
If you have succesfully loaded the ice tv guide data into windows 7 could you give a step by step guide and also some screen shots?
I hope there will some ice tv beta for windows 7 soon. I think the guys from ice tv are waiting for more info on the guide process though.
I hope they will give an update soon of were they are at.
cheers,

Hi Guys,
I know the document has not been released yet for the injection of guide data, but has there been any progress on the tvpack '08 or windows 7 pre beta's? I imagine there are quite a few of us that are keen to test if there is something avaliable.

It looks as though it will be possible only to import 3rd party  data for the guide in windows 7. Is there any plan from ice tv to allow the use of it's guide data in windows 7?
