Please understand my original post was borne in frustration at a system that otherwise has normally worked very well then failed at a most inopportune time.

9:44pm update - a push came through that fixed the Seven guides. Hmm. Doesn't solve my missing Ten recordings.

I set MasterChef to record tonight on Ten because I'd be busy.

I just checked tonight and the entire channel date for Seven is showing as Ten's content (so no actual MasterChef recorded instead it recorded what was House Rules but as if it were MasterChef).

I checked my LCN mappings on the account on the IceTV website - all correct. Check my channel mappings on my device - all correct.

I resent all my recordings for the device from the website and the data that came through from IceTV was incorrect. (See attached image.)

So... what happened, why, and how do we make sure it doesn't happen again? This doesn't really engender trust in a company desperately in need of that from its customers.

The ABC have confirmed a special Whovians will air on ABC Comedy 8:30pm 26/12 nationally. Please update the guide to reflect this.

Hi team - last one until DST kicks in again - Q&A is available for Qld viewers on ABC News 24 at 8:35pm, simulcast live (and at the appropriate time in ADL & PER too).

Hi - The incorrect schedule for ABC News 24 is still listed (and will not change until DST ends). It airs in Qld 8:35pm AEST, 9:05pm ADL, etc.

Please amend the guide to note that The Americans S03 which starts Tue 28 Feb 10:30pm on ONE is not a repeat (I understand it's the free to air premiere of this season).

Please amend the guide to reflect Ten's changes to Sunday - 8:30pm/9:30pm now a double ep of 24: Legacy, and Homeland has been bumped to 10:30pm.

This airs Thursday (TONIGHT) 8pm on SBS VICELAND, though the IceTV guide has a repeat of South Park on. Please amend ASAP so that it records for those of us with series recordings.

This is an issue again this week for BNE particularly, but also for other non-AEDT states as Q&A braodcasts live on News 24 for these locations.

Please amend the guide accordingly for every Monday until April.

During DST, Q&A is again being broadcast on ABC News 24 at 8:35pm AEST. Starting tonight. Until April when it slides back to 9:35pm AEST, and then picking up again when DST starts again.

Please amend the schedule to reflect this.
